Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges from SOSM. SEBI-registered advisors may charge their own advisory fees as per SEBI regulations, which will be clearly disclosed before you engage them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and EMI options for annual plans. All payments are processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. We offer a 7-day full refund for paid plans if you're not satisfied. Contact our support team within 7 days of your payment to request a refund.
SOSM platform subscription fees are for access to the technology platform only. SEBI-registered Investment Advisors may charge additional advisory fees as per SEBI (IA) Regulations 2013. These fees will be disclosed separately before you engage any advisor. All investments are subject to market risk. Platform fees are non-refundable after 7 days.
