Acknowledgment
Within 48 hoursWe will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 business hours with a unique complaint reference number for tracking.
Resolution
Within 15 daysOur compliance team will investigate and respond with a resolution or status update within 15 business days of receiving your complaint.
Escalation to SEBI SCORES
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 15 days, or if you are unhappy with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to SEBI through the SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System) portal.
