Within 15 days

Our compliance team will investigate and respond with a resolution or status update within 15 business days of receiving your complaint.

Escalation to SEBI SCORES

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 15 days, or if you are unhappy with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to SEBI through the SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System) portal.
